Private Personal Training

Having trouble making time for yourself?  Does everything in your life seem to take priority over you exercising and your health?  There is no doubt that our one-to-one private training sessions are the quickest and most efficient method of reaching all of your health and fitness goals.  Simply choose a convenient time to meet with one of our fitness professionals and they will guide you through a fully customized program; specific to your wants and needs.  All of our conditioning programs are developed comprehensively and will include cardio-respiratory, flexibility and resistance / movement conditioning.   Every 4-6 weeks your program will be updated to match your progress.


Semi-Private Training

What a better way to get lean, fit and strong than in a small semi-private group environment.  Semi private groups are 3 trainees and 1 trainer.  This service offers all the same benefits as private personal training plus you will save money.  Be part of a team dynamic and help others while on your own quest to achieve more. 

Nutrition Solutions - Visit our Nutrition Center

Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand when it comes to getting real results. Without a solid eating plan, reaching a performance, weight, or health goal is more than an uphill battle, its almost impossible. Whether you need a little help or a lot, we've got a registered dietitian on staff who can help teach you everything you need to know about eating well. Active Release Techniques (ART)

Integrated Massage Therapy

Whether you just need to relax from your fast pace lifestyle or relieve muscular tension, our integrated massage therapy service is what you have been looking for.  Utilizing a blend of techniques including Utilizing a blend of techniques including muscle approximation, soft tissue release, accupressure, trigger point therapy, stretching and hot stones the therapist will select which modalities will best suit your needs.  This service is available in both 60 and 90 minute sessions.

VO₂ Max Analysis

We all know Lance Armstrong is fit, but how fit are you?  Would you like to use the

same technology top athletes use to determine your fitness level?  Fitness Solutions administers VO² Max fitness testing to analyze your fitness level so you don’t do too much too fast or not enough.  Testing your VO² Max will tell you three important pieces of information: 1. How fit you are, 2. How many calories you burn during all levels of exercise and 3. What you target workout zones are (aerobic – endurance – anaerobic).  Testing every 6-8 weeks will track improvements and reveal if your program is working for you.

Integrated Kickboxing

Integrated Kickboxing is a method for building total body fitness and athleticism through training functional, real world self defense. It is an individualized system of self development that allows you to express yourself through the training rather than learning a rigid art that imposes itself on you. This allows you to develop your own style within the system by learning to utilize your strengths and develop your weaknesses. You will develop improved reflexes, agility, fluid movement, and precise timing as well as improved balance, self-awareness and overall conditioning. Most importantly, you will develop self confidence as you become proficient in all ranges of self defense. Respect, responsibility and self control are emphasized both in class and outside of class. This ensures a safe and well balanced training environment.

Joint Mobilization

Z-Health is a simple yet highly effective approach to total body health and fitness.  It focuses on restoring mobility and coordination by training the high speed network that governs the entire body - the nervous system.  The body is re-mobilized and the nervous system re-educated through dynamic joint mobility exercises.   Since the nervous system is the fastest system in the body, operating at .60 second, results are usually seen within minutes! What is a kettlebell?  If you've never seen or heard of a kettlebell before, it looks like a cannonball with a handle, and the training effect it creates is unlike anything you've experienced. With kettlebell training you will develop real, well-rounded strength to easily handle the rigors of your daily environment.  You will build explosive power, die hard endurance, and never quit stamina.  Also, balance your strength with flexibility; develop a rock solid core and super joint strength.  Not to mention, you will shed unwanted weight while gaining real world performance.  Sound like too much to handle, don’t worry kettlebell training can be matched to your abilities.


Resting Metabolism Analysis

What is a metabolism?  Well most people claim to have a slow one.  Your metabolism is how much energy (calories) your body burns naturally throughout the day (breathing, heart beating, etc.).  One of the most important things to maintain in order to keep your metabolism burning high all day is muscle.  That’s right, lean muscle tissue has a dramatic effect on your metabolism.  Fitness Solutions uses your metabolism measurement to customize nutrition programs and to track efficiency of your training programs.  Weight loss programs that cause you to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time will also cause you to sacrifice muscle which slows your metabolism.


Functional Flexibility

We have brought stretching to a whole new level.  With the TRUE stretch station we are able to create 4 points of stability which enables us to maximize joint mobility in all three planes of motion at the same time.  The TRUE stretch station was developed by Gary Gray, world-renowned physical therapist who has rightfully earned the claim of the “Father of Function”.  The major benefit of functional flexibility is that we can stretch a very specific part of the body while integrating the rest of the body into the stretch at the same time...the results we have experienced are phenomenal.  Another benefit is the ability to mimic the exact positions and motions of any sport or task; for instance, if you are a golfer, we are able to get you in a very golf-specific position (backswing or follow-through) and enhance the exact motions of the golf swing while maintaining a golf posture.  This can be done for any sport or activity with an understanding of Applied Functional Science.
