Based on the hundreds of clients we have seen and the thousands of programs developed, we have narrowed your program choices down into three categories: Weight Management, Pain / Injury Management and Prevention, and Sport-Specific & Performance Enhancement Training. If you feel one of these categories does not fit your goals then we will be happy to customize a program specifically for you. It is also common to have a program developed that combines all three themes. For instance, your goal may be general fitness and weight loss but you have low back pain that keeps you from playing recreational basketball on the weekends. In this instance, we would create a hybrid program combining all three programs.
