Fuel for Function - A unique nutritional experience!

Fuel for function is an innovative and fun group experience that

empowers you to improve the quality of your life by focusing on proper nutrition and behavior change.  Our mission is to educate you on the 8 foundations of healthy eating and encourage you to apply these foundations to your day to day regimen without it becoming a cumbersome task.


This unique 12 week experience will cover one area of proper nutrition each week.  At the end of each lesson we will incorporate an

interactive and hands on activity which will allow you to apply the

knowledge you gained. You will also have the opportunity to discuss

some of your own personal struggles as well as learn from those around you. In the culminating weeks of our program you will integrate your knowledge into real life settings.  We will be taking you on local field trips and giving you the opportunity to make those decisions live while our staff is there to guide you.

eat better seeing a registered dietitian can be very beneficial.  You

can begin to better manage your weight and health, reduce your

medications, and increase your energy levels by meeting with our

registered dietitian to determine a program that would work best for

your lifestyle.  At your initial visit you will discuss your daily

eating habits so that a personalized eating plan can be developed and

your goals can be achieved in a realistic timeframe.  Your follow up
