What is the FS Method?
Fitness Solutions offers the services necessary to achieve any health and fitness goal. How we go about developing and offering our services is key; this is called our method. The FS Method is based on many years of trial and error, personal practice, science and client recommendations. Our methods have proven to be effective and true for one main reason: RESULTS. We have come to the conclusion after many years of consistent and progressive results; our methods are working for our clients. As we continue to evolve and learn more, our methods will change as our pursuit for customer satisfaction and efficiency will always be challenged. If you are wondering if our program is right for you, you may want to know what we consider when working with new clients.
Based on our experience, we know you will excel with us for three Primary reasons:
1.We will help you find your INDIVIDUAL “starting point”
Your “starting point” is the place you can start conditioning safely and effectively while expecting to see progressive and consistent results. Knowing how to find your starting is where our professionals come in. Pending a thorough assessment of your abilities and baseline measurements, we will determine which movements and exercises align with your fitness level, goals and timeline. Your starting point assessment will reveal to us your movement successes and that is where we will focus...success feeds more success, pretty cool. Once you start training based on where YOU are today, your chances of injury and burnout are minimal and your likelihood of success is maximal.
2.We will provide you the knowledge you need to obtain and maintain success
Most people think of a workout as just a bunch of exercises that target specific areas. However, exercise is a science and programs therefore should be developed by professionals. Most people when asked cannot answer these simple questions: 1. How many exercises should be within your workout? 2. How much rest should you take between exercises? 3. How many sets and repetitions should you perform? 4. How many days per week should you exercise? If you cannot answer the questions to these simple program design variables then not only will you have a difficult time developing a program but also progressing your program in timely manner.
3. We will provide you a comprehensive training program and plan
You have probably heard the famous cliché: By failing to PLAN your planning to FAIL! We strongly believe in this notion and do not hope to achieve greatness with our clients, but we actually plan for it. Your Fitness Solutions plan will include cardio-respiratory, flexibility and movement / resistance conditioning. We will expose you to an accountability system that will help you stay focused and productive. Based on how quickly you succeed, we will make the necessary changes so you will see continued results.
