The answer is simple:

  1. 1.We will help you find your “starting point” relative to fitness!

BulletAs stated above, helping you find your “starting point” will enable you to better achieve your health and fitness goals without overdoing it.  We will organize a comprehensive plan for you, giving you what you want with what you need.  We will then reassess you in order to track your Improvements and your program will then be updated to match your level of progress.

BulletDon’t confuse being effective with being efficient.  As you will see below, being effective is good enough to complete a task or function while being efficient is performing a task or function in the most proficient way possible.  We help our clients to maximize their time spent when training.  Within 45 minutes to an hour we will teach you how to perform a functional flexibility routine specific to your needs, movement / resistance training to enhance your strength and body composition and cardio-respiratory training to improve your heart, lungs and circulatory systems’ function.  All this can and will be done in an efficient training program.
